The purpose of the Action Plan is to provide the Gateway Social Support Options (GSSO) team with strategies and actions to address service provision for people from a Culturally and Linguistically and Diverse background (CALD).
The Action plan will promote GSSO’s commitment to providing accessible services to a diverse community and assist in assessing achievements and gaps in service delivery, and in prioritising objectives for future planning.
